London Crawling, which was rumoured for release in September, will not be released until further notice. We'll keep you posted with the details.

Rialto supported The Wonder Stuff last night at Hackney Ocean - you can read the review in our Gigs section. Also added to that section is a Korean review from January, which was dropped from Issue 7 at the last minute.

As previously reported, Louis supported Cheapglue on 7th July and played three new songs, none of which have official titles yet. The setlist is below, along with what appears to be the names of each song:

Heaven's In Your Eyes
Party Games
Stephen Duffy cover version - don't know the name!
She's Moving On
Catherine's Wheel
London Crawling

Rialto also played two nightclub gigs in July. If you went and would like a review posted on the site, feel free to email me!

Louis Eliot plays an acoustic solo set TONIGHT (sat 7 july) at Notting Hill Arts Club supporting Cheapglue. He will be on stage at 5.15pm. Entry is free.

- 'Anything Could Happen' will now be released on Monday 18th June
- 'Night on Earth' will now be released on Monday 2nd July

Rialto will play a one-off gig at The Hammersmith Club on Thursday 14th June. Rialto Towers Online is happy to bring you exclusive details of how to order tickets for the gig simply by clicking here or visiting the Gigs section of the site. Capacity is limited so order ASAP.

As I mentioned in the diary a couple of weeks ago, Rialto Towers and the Skyscraper will be arranging a fans meet up in a pub before the event. The venue for this will be announced over the next few days. it'd be great to see as many Rialto fans as possible, all in the sake of alcohol and a great band - how can anyone turn it down!! If you're interested, email me on benny@rialtotowers.co.uk.

The final piece of news is that, after a long period of holding back this news... Rialto Towers issue 7 is going to be sent out to everyone on the Rialto mailing list for free. It's four pages shorter than usual but has a clolour front cover and numerous other enhancements - for full details click on Issue 7 on the menu to the left.

Rialto have added an extra B-side to the single release of Anything Could Happen: a French version of top 40 single Monday Morning 5:19. The band actually performed one verse of the song in French back at their first ever headline gig at London's Criterion Theatre in September 1998, and have now recorded a full French version. The track will appear on CD2 alongside Anything Could Happen, Failing In Love, and the video to Anything Could Happen. The single comes out on Monday 4th June- for more info check out the Preview section on the left.

Rialto have - at long, long last - finally signed their new UK record deal. In a Rialto Towers Online World Exclusive - even Music Week won't be announcing the news until Monday - we can reveal that the four piece have signed to Eagle Records. The deal means that second album, 'Night On Earth' will be released in the United kingdom in mid-June, with a single released a couple of weeks beforehand. The band will shoot the video for the first single - which we'll confirm as soon as possible - in April.

Alice Cooper, James Brown, Robert Palmer, rock legends Status Quo, and Nik Kershaw are all Eagle Records' signings, so Rialto are in pretty illustrious - and succesful - company. Another recent addiction is young punk rockers King Prawn. Artists with albums in the Eagle Records back catalogue include Gary Numan, Iggy Pop, Lou Reed, Meat Loaf, and Bob Marley.

For more information on Eagle Records check out www.eaglerecords.co.uk.
